www.thomasrabies.co.uk is operated by Andrew Backhouse, an independent writer and publisher of poetry zines based in the UK.

2. Products

We sell limited-run poetry zines. All products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.
All zines are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are processed in GBP. We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g. Stripe, PayPal, debit/credit card].

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of your order—it’s just a confirmation that we’ve received it. A contract is formed once we’ve processed your payment and dispatched your order.

4. Shipping

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail.
Standard delivery usually takes 5-7.
Delivery times are estimates only—we’re not responsible for delays outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you confirm your order.

5. Returns and cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If your zine arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This right may not apply to personalised or limited-run items. Contact us if you have questions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website—including text, images and designs—is the property of Thomas Rabies and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We’ll only use your information to process your order and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to fulfil your order (e.g. payment processors and delivery services).
